Born into an Ayurvedic and yoga-practicing family as the grandson of Idungan Vareed in Kunnamkulam, Kerala, he completed his basic education at Bethany St. John’s English High School. He then pursued Ayurveda studies at Venkataramana Ayurveda College in Chennai, where he trained under the esteemed Dr. B. Vaidyanathan, an exemplary Ayurveda guru. In 1993, he was awarded the Ayurvedaacharya (BAMS) degree by Madras University.
He was designated as a Meditation Teacher by Maharishi Veda Vigyan Vishva Vidyapeeth, Noida, and has worked with various organizations, including special operations units within the police force, helping thousands of individuals overcome lifestyle diseases through Ayurveda and meditation. With a vast 32 years of experience in Panchakarma and other Ayurvedic treatments, he has successfully treated thousands of patients suffering from joint and allergic disorders in India, as well as internationally in Malaysia, Singapore, and Dubai. He also possesses deep expertise in Ayurvedic formulations.

Dr. Ashitha P. Suresan, BAMS, completed her undergraduate studies at Mannam Ayurveda Co-operative Medical College in Pandalam and holds a PG Diploma in Trichology. She currently serves as the Resident Medical Officer at Shanta Ayurveda Hospital in Chennai. As an Ayurvedic physician, she is well-versed in both traditional Ayurvedic systems and their modern medical applications. Her areas of expertise include arthritis and related conditions, bowel disorders, metabolic diseases, skin diseases, menstrual disorders and other gynecological issues, allergies, asthma and other respiratory complaints, headache, sinusitis, migraine, varicose vein treatment, Nadi Chikitsa, reflexology, and stress management.
