THERAPY PROCESS
How Is Swedana Performed?
The individual is exposed to controlled herbal steam or localised warmth for a prescribed period while the head and sensitive areas are protected as appropriate. Temperature, hydration and comfort are monitored throughout.
The therapy is stopped immediately if the individual feels faint, breathless or unwell.

• Bathe only after the recommended time
• Report dizziness, chest discomfort or breathing difficulty immediately
