What Is Shirodhara?

Shirodhara is a carefully controlled therapy focused on the forehead and head region. It is generally used within a personalised Ayurvedic plan rather than as a standalone relaxation service.

How Is Shirodhara Performed?

After assessment, the individual lies comfortably while a trained therapist directs a gentle, continuous stream of the prescribed liquid over the forehead. The temperature, flow and duration are monitored throughout the session.

A short rest period may be recommended afterwards.
